And what isn’t, isn’t. A simple fact. But one that we find so hard to make peace with.

 All our focus, all our energies go into railing, angsting about what isn’t in our life, what goodness hasn’t come to us, what people are not doing for us, where they’re letting us down.

 What if instead we focussed on what we do have and built on that? What if we looked at what we are getting from the people in our life and took full advantage of that? 

 There are precious gifts in our life. And if we just acknowledged them, if we choose to be grateful for them, we can use them as the ladders to get to wherever we want. But that means giving up on complaining and blaming and feeling sorry for ourselves. Not an easy choice, no?
